Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days, which means you have 10 days to request a return after receiving your item. After which, we will strictly be unable to process your exchange, return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly note that we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the product cost.
Kindly note that shipping costs are not refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
